“Circumstances don’t bind you. They’re just the illusions you make your chains with.”

The Lie You’ve Been Living: Circumstances Aren’t Real

Look, you said it and heard it many times:

-“My job’s killing me.”
-“This relationship is toxic.”
-“Money’s always tight.”
-“My body’s broken.”
-“The past won’t let go.”

You point to these “circumstances” like they’re concrete slabs keeping you down or walls you crash into daily. They explain why you’re stuck, why your dreams die, why your “someday” never comes.

There are no circumstances. ZERO. What you call solid ground or realism is purely smoke and mirrors, faint ripples from old thoughts you fired off in fear, lust, or simply lazy autopilot. Your life isn’t a cage, it’s a screen of echoes and projections from a you that’s already moved on.

They’re just the leftovers of your old thoughts. Leftovers you keep heating up in the microwave, then complaining they taste like crap.
You? You’re the observer. And every glance you throw collapses the wild unknown into the mess you call “me.”

So yes, what you call circumstances are literally thought fossils.

That bank account you keep staring at? It’s just a fossil of how you’ve been thinking about money.

Your relationship drama? A fossil of how you’ve thought about love, trust, or maybe your own self-worth.

Your body? Yep, fossilized beliefs about health, age, and identity.

Circumstances are those fossils. Ancient thought-forms hardened into physical matter. And here you are, building a museum around them, charging yourself the entrance fee every day.

You’re the One Making It Matter (literally…)

Two meanings here:

  1. Matter = importance. You keep giving your circumstances power by talking about them, crying about them, worshiping them.
  2. Matter = physical substance. You literally turn energy into matter with your observation. You are the 3D printer of your own life, except you’re stuck printing the same ugly keychain.

Stop making it matter.

The Joke’s on You (and Me)

Look, I’m not judging because I’ve done the same. We all have. The human mind is like a toddler with a marker. Leave it alone for five minutes and it will scribble bullshit all over your reality.

But at some point, you’ve got to stop saying “These are my circumstances” and start saying: “This is my creation, and I can damn well uncreate it.”Oooooh responsibility reality check…. No Ego likes that.

The Escape Plan

  1. Quit Feeding the Ghosts
If your circumstances are just ghosts of past thoughts, stop feeding them attention. Ghosts starve when ignored.
  2. Shift the Lens
Observe something else. Anything else. Collapse new potential.
  3. Don’t Fall for the Echo
Problems are echoes, not truth. Stop yelling back at them like a crazy person arguing with a wall.
  4. Embodiment or Nothing
You don’t think your way out of this, you live your way out. Embody the new reality. Walk in it, speak in it, act in it, even before the evidence shows up.

Truth Bomb

Your “circumstances” are nothing but your old mental junk on display.

You can keep polishing that junk and calling it “my life,” or you can drop it, shift observation, and rise.

No excuses.
No band-aids.
No “but you don’t understand my situation.” Yes, Ok I am happy you feel “situated”.

Because I do understand. I understand it’s an echo. A shadow. A leftover.

And the second you stop worshipping it, it dies.

So Rise

There are no circumstances. There’s only you, deciding what matters.

And if you want a new life, stop making the old one matter. Like … Now !

Simple. Brutal. True.
