Opinion: The Most Dangerous Lie We Mistake for Truth
Let’s start where it hurts:
Opinion comes from Latin “opinio” — meaning conjecture, supposition, imagination.
It was never Truth.
It was a guess. A projection.
An internal fantasy passed off as external reality.
When you argue over opinions, you are battling illusions.
When you live by opinions — yours or others’ — you are not living in Truth.
You are living in a hall of mirrors, each one reflecting distortion back at you.
Truth Has No Opponent
Truth does not require your agreement to exist.
Truth is whole, untouched by debate, majority votes, or emotional attachments.
If there are “many truths”, they are not truths at all.
They are opinions wearing stolen crowns.
Truth is singular.
Opinions are legion (pun intended!)
Confusing the two is the root of all chaos.
Why You Must Leave People and Their Opinions Alone
When someone clings to their opinion, they are not engaging with reality,
They are defending a fragment of their identity.
Trying to “convince” someone of Truth when they are married to opinion is like trying to shine the sun through a wall they refuse to tear down. Unless it is your function in life…. it is better to drop the fight.
They have to choose it themselves.
And until they do —
Let them have their hallucinations.
You are not here to fix illusions.
You are here to embody the Real.
The Final Brutality
Opinion enslaves.
Truth liberates.
Every time you lower yourself into a battle of opinions, you anchor yourself deeper into unreality.
Master yourself.
Speak when Truth calls.
Remain silent when opinions fill up the space..
Truth speaks once.
Opinion argues endlessly.
Choose your allegiance wisely.
