1. Coaching Services

  • All sales for coaching sessions, packages, or digital content are final. Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds are generally not provided once the session or program has commenced.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance. If a session is canceled within this timeframe, it can be rescheduled based on availability. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited session with no refund.

3. Refunds

  • In cases of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, clients may request a refund review. Such cases are evaluated on an individual basis, and refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Digital Products

  • Refunds for downloadable or digital products (e.g., e-books, online courses) are not available once the product is accessed or downloaded.

5. Program Transfers

  • If clients wish to transfer their coaching program to another individual, this must be communicated in advance and approved by Coach G.
